What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

I mean this very kindly, but relax.
Prepare by understanding all your work the past few years and how you could apply it you hypothetical questions and situations. Remember how you approach problems. Talk through your approach out loud, and remember to state your assumptions. We want to see not only tour solutions but how you came to those decisions.
Please don’t pin all your hopes on one role or company. Google is great but that’s ultimately putting it on a pedestal, when there’s plenty of amazing places to work.
And finally, most Googlers go through the process 2+ times. So stay calm, learn about the process, and just be confident.
Thank you for the advice! Much appreciated 🙏
Interviewed for the same role back in January. Happy to help; DM me
Google or not, you know what you know. All they want to know is if your knowledge aligns with what they're looking for. If they have scheduled an interview, it means that liked something on your profile.
Deep breaths, and then go through your resume sequentially. For every opportunity, think about your work, your learnings, and how that applies to the role you've applied to. Frame it in the STARR format, them move on the the next op. Do this for your entire resume.
Remember, you're interviewing not just because you have something to offer, but also because you want to learn something new. So make it a conversation for questions you don't have complete responses for. They'll want to see how you think when you don't know the answer.
Again, breathe. You got this. All the best!
