Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Thought this was interesting. Across 160 teams of researchers, just about all failed to make good life outcome predictions on things like GPA, evictions, layoffs, and others. Data followed 4.5k families across 15 years, with 13k features (varied over time). Haven't looked at it directly yet, but will be turning the docs and data inside out... In the meantime, authors claim this as showing the limits of ML. Oh, and it's published in PNAS, so you know there's some big publication energy there.

This is done to test your patience and check your desperation for new job. And then they will negotiate a lot in pay depending on your need of job. There is no fair way of paying an employee rather it’s based on how desperate the candidate is to join bosch so that they can negotiate and make it as less as possible.
I would suggest leaving it and move on with other interviews.
They exploit the dream of candidates who wish to join bosch by paying them as low as possible!
There are lot of companies out there who pay an employee based on what they deserve and not on the basis of desperation or previous salary . But Bosch is a company who aims at exploiting need of candidates, their dream of joining bosch . Trust me I too used to call the HR multiple times and they never ever respond appropriately especially after they come to know candidate is very much interested. But they fail to respect the candidates and their feelings.
Even after joining the HR shows lot of unprofessional attitude and behaviour.
Think before joining Bosch!!!
Worst part is they make employees share their resignation letter but fail to send offer letter immediately!!!
And then they create pressure for candidates.
After becoming employee of Bosch
Employee: Boss, this time annual salary revision is very low as 5%. I have other offer with 30% hike. Can I get atleast 10% hike here?
Boss: Please go ahead with other offer. I could consider you for salary revision on next year.
How are we supposed to know what some stranger is thinking? If you have any questions about why someone did something, then just ask that person directly. Anyway these Bosch people in HR and Management are incompetent and useless, you cannot expect to apply any sense to their behaviour.
It's not about someone's thinking. I need some probable scenarios of what could be reasons behind it. But anyway I have the answer now. Thanks
