My final round with Deloitte for UK Tech Consulting Manager position soon. Strangely it’s not a PMD round as it usually is for other Big4/tech consulting firms.
1. Can anyone tell me if they’ve been through the whole process without speaking to PMD? (First round Sr Manager, second Case Interview by a manager and third again by a manager) 2. What is a typical salary to expect? I was asked in screening but kept it vague (e.g can discuss later bla bla). I was hoping 75-80 (ridiculous?)

1) The manager I would be partnering with bragged about terminating people. 2) Another manager told me they do not offer work from home because their people can’t be trusted.

Was that the Director from the other post that despises wfh?

They tried to hot box me to see how I responded to pressure.
Sometimes that's a good tactic, because unconsciously you react to pressure and teaches you how you will handle it in a positive manner.
I met some senior people and the questions they asked me showed me they have no idea what I actually do.
First in my personal opinion...
1. The Attitude they have while interviewing.
2. When things are not organized.
3. When things are not balanced.
4. When they hide responsibilities.
5. When they are not clear about your duties.

Quick decision on there part. Not being able to talk with other employees. Higher salary. Not a lot of interview questions.

Not letting you talk to employees is a huge red flag, or a sign they have already blown you off. Either way you should/will be done.
Years ago, I was interviewing for a job and the hiring manager made a snide remark about my neck tattoos
That was definitely wrong, if they dont like tattoos, all they could have said, cover them up.
Place was making forklift EV batteries. He was telling me the different color fasteners indicated the torque value. I asked, who calibrates your torque tools? He's like what? Tilts head... Calibration, what's that??
The biggest one was me arriving to the interview on time to see 2 ladies sit there, they talked for at least 10 minutes in front of me , but as if I wasn’t there, about how one of their dates went. They later turned to me and said sorry about that to which I replied no worries I lost interest and left, when I closed the door I heard one of them say with shock OH MY GOD.
