I was on bench since may my timesheet is not accepted, it was pending for approval till today . Everyday it is showing pending for approval but i got salary for may and june but suddenly yesterday may and june timesheet was asked to refer back but july month is just pending approval (yellow) will i get salary this month?

"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.
