I have a weird experience with KPMG India . Two weeks ago I had salary negotiation with the HR manager. He told me that the offer will be released in a couple of days but I haven't received the offer letter yet.I tried reaching out to the HR manager but didn't receive any response. Shall I take it as no?

NYC based? Or burbs? If Manhattan, that seems low.
I know a director in Amex Manhattan office. That’s what they’re making but they get a nice bonus
Dosent seem super low to me. About average imo.
It’s low. The average apartment in New York is 5 grand a month. An in-house brand director deserves to qualify for it. $170K would not qualify.
That’s a range I see in Atlanta for a mom finance company. Seems a little low for ny to me
Is just interviewed for a senior manager role and asked for 160-180K and was told that was in range. Not sure if that helps since I’m still in the interview.
I turned down an offer from AmEx in the fall because the salary was not competitive - their comp doesn’t come close to other finance firms in the city (I am NYC-based as well)
Is that TC? Or just base? If TC, it seems low for NYC.
Base only. Seems low for even what I’m currently making as a Director (not NYC)
Super low. There are companies who pay the same for Brand Manager positions, not for director level.
