I was up early for a big meeting this morning. Everything was going fine, then the earth literally started to shake (I'm in NYC). The meeting paused and then out of nowhere the client left. I've spent hours trying to track them down to see what happened and it turns out they saw the earthquake as a bad sign for merging their company. So, they are backing out of talks. Who thinks like this in a 2024 business setting?

How do people increase their credit score? Mine’s only around 790/770 for transunion/equifax respectively and its been like that for a while now. I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. The first one seemed like a good fit at first but then it turned out to not be the best place for me so I left. At my current agency I feel super undervalued. I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. I don’t know where this “glow” is but I look in the mirror and literally am grappling with not recognizing myself :( it’s been impossible to find any clothes too.
