I have 4 YOE in a 3PL company as a Senior Sales Executive in the warehousing and local transportation business verticals, achieving a humble S$1.5 million ARR in outbound sales, contract retainer up to 5 years. What is the best path for discovering senior roles in consulting firms? I notice that most don't actively recruit for the Managing Director/high level positions. Is that because there is no job or because you need to come with something special? How do you get the attention of firm recruiters for high level positions to have a discussion about best fit?

Do any of the top consulting firms hire into the Engagement Manager level after an M7 (if they had manager experience elsewhere)? I know MBB probably doesn’t but what about other tier 2 firms after that - and asking for US or Canada
