I work as the general manager for a large multiplex theater. I’ve been at this job just over 10 years now and we have had tremendous success maintaining staff. Our average turnover rate is 6 years and these staff members are almost exclusively teenagers when they are first hired. If anyone is struggling retaining young staff (15-25 years old) and keeping positions filled feel free to ask any questions. It can get to be very difficult!
