I work as the sole product manager for a SaaS platform. Before our products acquisition we had 4 PMs And no roles are being back filled. I’m making 110k yr and happy that I have some sense of job security. What I don’t like is the demand for production and client contact has stayed the same as it was with 4 people now it’s just me. I feel I’m either under paid , over worked, or both.
I’m this pay appropriate for a large international tech company? just looking for a sanity check.

When is bonus paid. If someone resigns and serve notice period in Dec, will they be getting bonus?

I work at a small firm with not that many workable templates so I usually have to do everything from scratch like drafting motions, pleadings, and researching all potential counts every time. Do bigger firms have better and more templates that allow you to have to do less research?

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.

A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. I got invited to a second round interview with a big company. The title sounds more senior than my current title, but the work responsibilities feel like a step down. With product design questions, I struggle to identify user groups. Once I do everything starts flowing and I’m confident. But the initial identification of user groups is something I find challenging. What’s your go-to way of doing this?
