I work at google as a tech auditor, and they need sql, Python skills and I have been a programmer before. The job role is good, but as I am new to this field I don’t understand if this is something that has impact and if product generally respect the work and what opinion people have on this.. Any experienced risk professionals here with over 10+ exp .. want to know what you’ll think about Technology audit (internal audit) from the perspective of:
a) career
b) salary
c) kind of work
d) prestig

What’s the best way to demonstrate proficiency in these areas? I’m not sure since my current role in IT Audit doesn’t allow me exposure. I don’t think there are applicable certifications for SQL & Python, so if I self-taught not sure how to best represent my skill or proficiency.

U can learn from udemy the basics. Not sure that ur education background is. But there are many certifications on udemy and course era

Hello friends, looking at a JP opportunity and hopefully going into the offer process after today’s interview. What I need help is understanding the comp structure in non front office roles ? In Goldman we have PATC ( per annum total comp ) which is nothing but base + “promised” bonus % + RSU.. how do you have total comp defined in JP ? the bonus also a % of base and almost agreed upon ? Example my bases is 200k and bonus is 25 % etc ?

I often fail at some interviews badly.
Not sure till when I'll be able to carry forward by this and the hard wlb at FAANG companies is giving me a fear.
