S&P Global Anyone here work at S&P Global? I’m a project manager who has been with the company for a few years. My position has changed at review time the last few years, so I’ve never gone through the raise process. What percentages have you seen with the company? I’m feeling a bit overworked at this point and don’t want to have my expectations higher than what is reasonable, but also feel like I’ll need a large-ish chunk of cash to feel better about how much I’m working. A full team departure is a significant signal. Teams rarely leave healthy, well managed environments all at once, which raises questions about leadership, workload, and organizational culture. When an entire team exits simultaneously, it typically points to deeper structural or management issues rather than individual circumstances.
Hi there, do you work remotely?
Curious as well
Does the Company have options to outsource the work to a CPA firm? If so your move might backfire.
Good thinking
Isn't the issue a staffing issue? Aren't they just going to hire replacements? If anything they might give you a bigger bonus. You could mention X employees would have got paid out X. I did x extra responsibilities I think this may warrant an additional x. Honestly you might get an extra 10% if anything on your bonus lol.
Yes they should hire replacements, but they will not have the institutional knowledge that OP has. 100% ask for a raise
How many people quite? And do you have any idea why they left? It could be a sign of something going on within the company they didn't like. I would have an eye on a new role if you asking for a out of cycle raise backfires and your workspace becomes toxic.
