I work in customer facing role (CSM) in B2B SaaS. My partner (he works in applied AI) suggested that in the future, my people skill will be highly beneficial combined with tech skill (people who vibe code or use coding assistant still need to understand code) so he adviced me to learn coding. Perhaps not to deep like SWE but at least I understand the surface. What do you think?

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

Started the process 2 weeks ago with HR and now they've ghosted me since then, though they said I have stuff to fill out ASAP. Normal? Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
