I work in London, My company has a policy of no more than 2 weeks of continuous holidays, but I have often seen people exploiting this rule and getting approved. I applied for leaves in Oct, I have split my leaves into holidays + requesting 4 days of wfh! So leaves from 16th oct - 3rd Nov with wfh from 19th Oct to 24th Oct, which has a weekend in between.
(I get 25 annual leaves with 11 left so well within the limit)
Am I asking for too much?

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). What holiday party did you get?
Anyone living close to an office, got a holiday party with food and drinks, and the venue started open for them until around midnight. Our remote workers got a one hour party w a DJ and trivia that let you win gift cards. Yeah it was nice to win a gift card but I found it lame in comparison to hanging out with my team in real life.
