Hey Fishes, Can anyone let me know about the Cognizant's Google project in Analytics domain. Like what the project is like and what i can expect in terms of contributing & learning and growing. What i want to know is that if it will be a normal some kind of support project only or a real work related project where i can learn & contribute and my career prospect will be good if i join.

PMP has worked great for me. Some clients have requested resources with PMP. Think it has weight when looking for exiting to industry
I think PMP would be more valuable
Wife is in HR I'm industry and has her SPHR. She takes advantage of the network and trainings they provide.
In consulting neither matters honestly. if you're looking to head into industry as HR, SPHR will do you good, if you're looking to do project management then PMP. it never hurts to get either one but if you're trying to leverage them, industry would value them more.
I'm human capital as well. In my experience the people who have SPHR and PMP and other alphabet soup in their email signatures are often the least effective team members. Do good work, make clients happy, think innovatively and you'll be fine. You can do all those things without a certification
What does SPHR and PMP stand for?
Super peak human resource.
