I work remotely and am hearing impaired. I wear hearing aids but sometimes don't catch everything being said. Does anyone know of any headsets that work with behind the ear hearing aids? I've tried a few and they either cause feedback, hurt to wear, don't amplify enough or just don't fit because they can't be sized small enough. I do have an external speaker that amplified well but was really looking for a headset option.

I just got a job with Delta airlines and I had an accomodation request to work remotely as I am Immunocompromised. I provided all the neccesary documents to back up my request and letters and documents from my Dr. aswell. My request was denied because the team said they wanted me to have face time and one on one interactions with people from other team (which defeats the purpose of my request) because I have to limit those interactions to reduce the risk of infection. What do I do?
