My friend recently left corporate to run her own company full time- she has a 2 and 4 year old and is paying $26k a year for healthcare. That is on par with my other friend who has a 1 and 3 year old and is paying mid 20s as well.

Given this is an app for professional employees, it’s a fairly safe bet that no one here is in that situation.

Given this bowl is Financial Independence "RETIRED EARLY" Id disagree.

Or phrased differently - what are you all budgeting for healthcare in your FIRE plan?

Not even sure if I should ask for accommodations to continue being able to wfh at least most days of the week to reduce risk. Idkkkk 😩This is so unprecedented. I always wear my mask at work. I’m getting pressured to attend firm events as well

I actually think this could be a whole separate class for students of all ages. Learning about conflict resolution, growing your own self-regulation skills...it's really important.
