Are you looking for work elsewhere or just announcing your work anniversary? 20 years at one company is a huge accomplishment, and sort of a lost art these days! I wish I could stay in the same place for 20 years but I know that's so uncommon these days. Jealous that that's not the workforce I was born into
What is a computer operator? What is your job description?
A computer is just a tool to get the job done, kinda like a hammer.

We know how computers work. But if this guy's entire experience is punch cards or something along those lines, it's not exactly transferable.
Edit: saw his other post. He's using an IBM from 1988. There are only a handful of government and old-school firms still using those things.

I remember doing a little of that in my corporate days. System 36 was what they had before the AS400. We also had a DECVAX. Very specific tasks with operating these. They aren’t like the personal computers others are envisioning.
JCL, IBM 360/370, TSO, CICS, etc.
