Definitely not IBM
Each of the five folks I’ve known who’ve gone to IBM in the last three years were laid off within 18 months. I know a blanket indictment of the company isn’t appropriate as I don’t know what you do and how that offering is doing at IBM, but I’m not sure I’d rush there myself.
I would never go to IBM... well not never, they would have to pay me a lot to go to IBM

Deloitte pays way better than IBM on a comparable basis. Plus the long term benefits of partner blow IBM away. But even if IBM did pay more, they are a dying consulting practice that is relegated to sweatshop tech work anymore.
I feel like being completely miserable is a common experience at GBS. I know it was for me. I’m happy that I’m not the only one.
