Need urgent help.

I recently joined IBM at band 7b for java full stack profile. After joining, I came to know that it is generic hiring & then I have given 2-3 project interviews. The interviewers said that now they will schedule client interview but none has scheduled that.

Just want to know if there is any disadvantage in case you are on bench or any time limit for onboarding in a project in IBM.

How is IBM gurgaon for java developer(i have 4 year exp). is IBM gurgaon having good java development project?

Applied for a Director role in industry without realizing their Director = our manager. Had a call with HR that said their salary band is $20-30k below my current.
