If I get my MBA from a non T-15 school but a good school can I still get an offer from BB or MBB

Unfortunately, I'm the latest to suffer a job loss due to this.
I'm open to a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Snr Project Manager roles.
I have PMP, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, Scrum Master & Practitioner certifications.
I've worked in AdTech, Digital Transformation, Consulting & Automotive Tech.
I find out its easier to get an interview if one is referred. Willing to share more info for a refferal.

I don’t think I’m doing well as a first year associate. I take longer on engagements and I sense that I’m not up to par based off review points/other associates. I don’t think Public Accounting is for me. Where do I go next? And when?

Just found out that end of the year I will be promoted from analyst directly to VP and since it’s such a large jump I’ll be the lowest paid VP in asset management at only $135k TC. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Is CPA crucial to break into banking?

I am going to work as Audit Associate at KPMG in 2023. I am thinking to stay there for more than a year, then make an attempt into banking. I really hate the CPA exams for its soul-crushing elements. I am rather planning to break into the top MBA programs at the time. I have financial resources to do so but I feel quite mixed after getting the Macc for KPMG position without pursuing the CPA.
