What do you think is a good starting salary for a remote CM in the US?

Contemplating jumping from insurance defense to claims examiner for Sedgwick. I currently like most people I work with but there is one unbearable supervisor. I meet my billable rqmts(2000) but it’s never enough. I’m up for partner but have no clients and no idea how to get clients. Despite being perceived as a valuable attorney, I know the client development weakness will become a bigger problem over time. This position comes with a pay bump, vacation days and wlb promise. Is there a catch?

I had three offers initially. Company A,B,C. C was paying the highest.

Company A revised my offer to C's offer, now Company B is also willing to revise their offer and give a little better offer than C and A.

I had already accepted revised offer from Company A once..
Would it be an issue if I don't join A now and join B instead.. I have 2 weeks of notice period left. If I join B now.. how do I convey it to A ?

I had an executive search consultant reach out to me for a role that would be a major upgrade from where I am now. I spoke with the consultant that was retained exclusively for the search, no postings, went well, I’m moving forward and being submitted to the company. I emailed questions to the search consultant Monday of this week, he replied he did not have time to answer until the end of the week. I replied thanking him for the expectation and that I understood. Do I send another email & when?

Passed on promo due to CPA. Now I am significantly below market and I know that my firm is not going to give me a 30-40% increase in compensation when I am promoted.
