Cognizant Hi, I'm having interview in soprasteria for dot net developer. I'm having 5.9 yrs experience. Anybody know what will be the interview process, how many rounds & will it be difficult or medium? I'm currently working in cognizant with 6.2 as CTC. I think it all depends on how badly they need people vs how badly you wanna leave current employer. If they need people badly, 20 to 30 percent. If you wanna leave badly then 0 to get to 10 percent.
No point in moving to another big 4 if it’s less than 20-30%
I jumped after 11 months and got 15%. Made senior year later and got another 21% raise.
Started at $60k at PwC, you can do the math from there. Average performer. Jumping firms just happens give you a premium. Another person who jumped from DT to EY got something similar so definitely not an outlier or anything.

Not 20%, maybe 10% though. Which isn't a lot. And it will be adjusted at the next raise, so you will get a small raise compared to your peers.
None
