Hi, I have an offer for the position of Senior Associate at pwc AC Bangalore. Can you please tell if there is a permanent wfh and will they give it in writing. And how is the WLB at PWC AC Bangalore. Is it true that I will have to frequently work late at night. Is the shift timings 9 to 6 as the hr told me or it usually extends? Pwc AC PwC

As someone currently in an FLDP, I really think you should stick it out for another year until graduation. Reason being is, if you leave now, you’ll be in a similar situation where you’re still entry-level and doing somewhat similar work. I would apply for external roles when you have around 4-6 months remaining. If you want any additional guidance or help, let me know. Exit opps are pretty limited starting out unless you have corporate development or corporate strategy experience.
How many years is the FLDP and how many years have you completed?
I personally think you should finish the program. Look for corporate strategy roles, financial analyst roles in other companies or business operation roles.
What industry?
You can maybe go into corp dev or finance after.
Biotech!
It really depends on what experience you have during your fldp.
It also sounds like you're relatively early in your career so you can afford to hit the reset button without needing to go back to school
Since you're doing Fp&a, you can continue to do Fp&a in a different industry. Additionally, sometimes these roles are called strategic finance. Do it long enough and you could make a case for corporate strategy or corp dev
Otherwise, since you've only been there for a year, you'd have to hit the reset button and go for a new entry level role. Alternatively, you can go back to school to get a masters in something as a way to pivot
