I had the red carpet virtual interview with AlixPartners last week on Friday but haven't heard anything yet. How long does it normally take to hear back from recruiting team? Also, I haven't had a psychologist interview set yet even though I completed my psychology assessments. Is it a red flag that I wasn't invited for an interview with a psychologist? I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

anyone hear back about APMM program offers?
I’ve put myself up for L4 promo this cycle. Assuming I get it, what would be the best next steps to optimize for long-term growth/TC?
My understanding is that L5->L6 is extremely painful at Google. It may be easier to leave for a handful of years and gain managerial experience before returning.
L4->L5 is less challenging; however, I’m under the impression I can do this quicker at another company (if I leave after being freshly promo’d) AND get higher TC.

Not much you can do but I would say that’s not a good sign. HM has a handful of questions prepared and interviewee should elaborate and the conversation grow organically to take the full time slot
Recruiters are shifty at Google. I got 2 offers (I declined the first) and they took 6-8 weeks to get back to me. My understanding is that they’re just overworked.
Re: the timing of the interview. You were there so you have the best perspective. However, in theory, you would use as much time as possible to impress your knowledge and skill to the HM so ending early would be a strategic mistake (at best).

Multiple factors G3. Hiring committee may not have prioritized your role. Other candidates may have been given offers first and even gone through background check. Headcount may have been rescinded and then later reapproved. Etc.
