Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Depends on how terrible it was.
You’re a junior! It’s okay if you haven’t mastered presentation. Did you smile? Seem generally open minded? You’ll likely be fine.
Chances are it wasn't as terrible as you thought it was. Having a great portfolio and showing you can do the work is more important than being perfect at interviewing. I think you'll get the job! Especially as a creative theres a bit more leeway for "awkward" interactions.
Conversely, lots of people have ok portfolios and talk their way into a role.. but MOST of the time their mind is made up by asking you to take 30 min of their time for an interview
Whenever that happens to me, I always come right out and apologize - usually followed by a joke about being a better writer than speaker, hence my chosen profession. Usually does the trick.
If it is about awkwardness, you are fine. Being quirky and awkward is part of your personality, and it may even reflect in your amazing work.
I am always too critical of myself. At the end of the interview, I tend to feel it went terribly. I started to record all my interviews to learn from my mistakes and improve my skills.
I was shocked to realize my perception of what I hear is different from the words said.
For example, I thought the CD went on and on about what I needed in my book. And I thought the interview went bad. When I listened to the record, he was talking about the work I would be doing on the job, not what I needed in my book. At some point, I said I could show him more work, and he told me your X project is a perfect example. But somehow, I blocked that part of the conversation.
So what I am saying is that you might think the interview went terrible, but It may not be as bad as you think.
That’s actually how I landed my first gig out of school. They probably understood that I was nervous.
