Hello All, I have been selected in the interview at NTT DATA and also submitted documents as requested by Recruiting HR. However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

No. But be mindful they will do a reference check so either take them on your journey, using the advantage of you setting the narrative, or make sure your references are on the same page. IMO it’s ok to be a little coy (don’t lie, just vaguely refer to it being complicated) in your first interview but clarify the situation as you move through the rounds.
I was made redundant while interviewing for a new job (like the day before my final interview) - I just told them straight up. Took the heat out of the situation for me and gave us something to connect over (most senior leaders have been made redundant at least once in their careers).
Was the best case scenario for me; aced the interview, landed a job on much higher pay, took a nice fat redundancy check on my way out the door from the old employer.

No. But if you tell them you're actively employed, your background check will show your termination date so would be an issue there
