If you had a choice which one do you select Mphasis or Cognizant, and why please ?

As I receive stats from Internet -
Avg tenure is 6 yrs for Mphasis and 5 yrs for cognizant
Mphasis ads are lesser than cognizant ( they do but don't show off ), but comparatively very good work culture, learning opportunities, onsites, etc to Cognizant.
Many negative comments on Mphasis and mostly they are from BPO sectors.
Salary hikes for lateral are really good at Mphasis
