It could… depending on the role and how short a period you were there. Also what/how you’ve shared those sentiments in your exit interview. They keep pretty close ties btwn HR Departments.

I went through this previously with a holding co, I started a role remotely in the early COVID days and left after a few months. It was such a bad experience that I don’t list it on LinkedIn or my resume. I didn’t mention it at all and was sweating bullets during the background check portion but they didn’t seem to care, at all. I was super fearful that they’d pull the offer or inquire about it.
As long as you give two weeks notice and don’t trash people in an exit interview I don’t think anyone cares. Ultimately you need to look out for your own best interests and I think it’s very common for people to leave off short stints if they’ve had a bad experience.
I may be a unicorn but I’ve worked for one independent agency twice and two holding cos twice. Never trash anyone when you’re there, when you leave, and especially to HR. I’ve seen first hand that whatever people say in an exit interview goes right back to the person they were venting about. Nothing is ever anonymous.

If the team picks up that you were at another agency in the network company, they might ask!
I’ve been asked my POV for someone I previously managed and was looking for another in network role. Fortunately, they were someone I’d recommend 10x over.
During the last 10 years in the industry I’ve seen just a few agency transfers or re hires from the same network. Do not keep your hopes high.
Doubtful to be honest.

It's in your file if you are a "do not rehire." Otherwise, you'll be OK.
