Hello, I am currently in India with a valid Canadian PR. I'm looking for jobs in valuation, corporate finance, equity research, and related services space. I have close to 8 years of experience across start-up, medium sized companies and one of the Big 4s.

I have been reaching out to recruiters on LinkedIn, applying on job portals and company websites but haven't had any luck so far.

Any referrals/help/guidance would be appreciated.

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

I am interviewing with a company. Last week, one week after the interview, my hiring manager reached out to me with a couple of clarifying questions. We talked then I sent him recommendation letters from my previous employers. He said that I should have an answer from them this week whether I get an offer or not. Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday.
