Keto is typically used to lose weight. It’s incredibly hard to gain muscle while on keto (as carbohydrates are a much more efficient vehicle for protein synthesis versus fat)
If you’re looking for strength and endurance you should just do a high protein low carb bodybuilding diet
Losing weight is simply a matter of calories, so if you feel like it’s easier to eat less on Keto then it’ll be easier to lose weight. Personally, I’ve been Keto for about 2 years and have lost roughly 5lbs throughout that time while all of my lifts have increased in both weight and reps... it’s just a matter of what you make of it
