If you were in charge of bringing office attendance up without having to force people into the office, what would you need in order to go in at least 2 or 3 times a week? For me I would need meals/snacks covered and access to a gym. What else do you think you would need to go in more often?

This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through.
