Love how BS credit score is. Got my score up to 800 last month only to go on vacation so my credit utilization went up to 8% due to the increased spending and my score dropped 35 points because I didn’t immediately pay the balance after charging the purchases. Not NYC but in a market that was recently bumped up to the previous Cravath scale market. Base is obviously set. What should I expect / negotiate for signing bonus, year-end bonus eligibility, special bonus eligibility, etc.? Any other negotiation considerations? I would say leverage is on my side considerably.

I’ll be working in a city neighboring a nearby state where my SO has to perform an essential in-person job. Since I’m not licensed in the state where my SO is working, I’d like to keep my current job where I am licensed but work from the office Monday through Wednesday, drive to the neighboring state Wednesday night and work remote at my SO’s place Thursday-Friday.
