Im a CPA with 2 years of tax experience at pwc (promised promotion in Jan with 5k bonus) I currently make 63k a year after bonuses but I’m looking to transition to a smaller firm and get hired on as a senior ASAP. What is a reasonable salary to negotiate for? Plz help I don’t want to leave anything on the table but also don’t want to be unreasonable.

Dm me if you want referral to CRZ. I'd say shoot for 85 and see what they offer- may have lower offer plus sign on bonus. But let them negotiate you down, don't negotiate yourself down!
