I'm a fresher and it's been really hard to find a job. Have been applying and waiting for a response from the recruiters, the referrals, the applications, since I graduated in 2023. I have internship experience in Java Spring Boot development, and am aiming towards becoming a Python Developer. Also completed a Professional Certificate Course from Google of Data Analytics. Making projects and posting them also seem futile when there's no one looking at them. What should I be doing better?

So as a 30ish yo with a government/PE/tech background and CIPM/CIPP… I’m finding privacy work is just much easier and interesting than other kinds, but still pays plenty well.

Is it too late/inadvisable to go to law school to specifically aim for privacy work?

I just find some firms are unwilling to entertain the idea that anyone but a lawyer has anything relevant to contribute in this space…

They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Another offer frm a reputed comp a tier 1 comp not an expectd package n benefits.

I’m curious how long people were in the peri menopause phase? I’ve read it’s an average of 4 years but I’m curious what people’s experiences are. I believe I am late stage peri menopausal and my periods have been very irregular for the past 9 months ranging 13-60 days between periods. 1.Interviewer didn't ask any technical questions. I had only one interview.
2. Evening itself I got call that i was selected and ready to discuss salary.
3. Last year it was under IT raid because of pro particular political party
