Fidelity Investments I joined FIL on 08th August 2022 and hence was eligible for appraisal but even after a good feedback, I was told that there is no increment in salary as well as bonus because of "Too Soon To Decide" rating. And this is being followed not just in our team but in whole FIL. This is the first time I am hearing such kind of thing and didn't found any thing like this on "HR Hub". So, if anyone of you know about this or have received similar gyan from Manager, please share your experience. Fidelity In

Hebrews 10:25. You need to fellowship and worship with other believers.
Emphasis on verse 25! To be a lone christian is to be a tiny flame without the fanning, to be a wandering sheep susceptible to wolf packs. Its easy to isolate yes but its dangerous as we are called to relationship its the essence of life.
The greatest commands 1 Love God 2 Love others. We love God by obeying His commands.
Anyone that is in Christ has been totally and irreversibly transformed (2 Corinthians 5:17). Not as important what type of Christian you are so long as you have been born again (John 3:5) which can be discerned by the fruit / works of your life (James 2:24). People with no discernible repentance, faith, nor acknowledgment of Jesus as Lord to the exclusion of conflicting ideologies are false converts (not sure if this is applicable to you, but it’s summarizes some of the biblical tests for “what a Christian is”)
Fellowship is essential to any walk. Daily exhortation and encouragement is the means God used to protect you from being hardened by the deceitfulness of sin (Hebrews 3:12–13).
Here’s a helpful article on the importance of the local church: https://www.gty.org/library/blog/B130111/the-local-church-and-why-it-matters
You’re kinda mixing new age practices with Christianity…. Fellowship is important, you can find a non-demonational church which focuses on biblical based teachings
I don’t think it’s bad to seek God in solitude, but the addition of smoking to “shut yourself” from the world should be explored
A personal relationship with God is all that matters.
Hard to slot you into a Christian 'type' as I have no clue what the categories would be. We are all sick in need of the great Physician daily and that sickness comes in all different forms. However, spiritually Jesus has cleaned us up eternally and gave us new life for a purpose.
How we use that purpose is our free will, the book of James highlights the behavior of Christians once they've been given this new life - faith WITH works is the fruit by which our faith can be evaluated/demonstrated. We are saved by our faith and we are judged by our fruit (our actions, heart posture, ultimately service to the Lord/others). Be encouraged to always prioritize your solo time with the Lord but also prioritze time sharing the life giving truth of Christ with others.

To whom are we paying our respects?
After thinking over everyone’s comments in this thread and reading several more interpretations of the verse, it makes more sense now.
The only concern I have about the verse is the fact that I have yet to come across a similar group of people who worship they way I do and interprets the Bible way I do.
For example, I love to pray, read scriptures, and worship outdoors. I love the calmness the outdoors brings me and what better place to worship than in God’s creation?
These are the kind of things that have prevented me from finding a place I can call a church with fellow worshippers.
Pray for your community of believers, took me some time to find the best fit too. I'd suggest using Group Me to find Christian meetups in your area or start volunteering if you're not yet ready to go to church.
If you are ready to go to church it will be much easier to find community and figure out if you have shared hobbies/values. Would highly recommend reading their about website page first to understand if their beliefs line up with scripture.
