And Coronavirus also......geez. 🤦♀️

Hello Everyone,
I am a fresher with over 9+ months of experience as a Data Engineer at Tata Consultancy .

I’m skinny as a bean and sweat profusely. Part of it is genetic I think, but you might also just be pushing yourself harder as you get in shape.

yes - you’ll push yourself harder because you CAN! your body is adapting.
It’s not just the increased work capacity but also your body’s ability to respond to the effort. Sweating is an adaptation that allows us to perform endurance activities and that system will adapt and develop just like the muscular and neural systems. This is positive, a sign that your health and athleticism has improved. Much better than being dry but beet red.

yes - the fitter you are, the harder you can work [increased capacity], the more energy [heat] you’ll produce - the more you will sweat.
sweating is a cooling mechanism the body performs to allow you to keep expending energy for long periods of time without overheating. similar to the way you are gradually able to breathe more easily during workouts as you get more fit, your body also gets “better” at sweating as you get more fit. it is normal.
