Where are you based out of?
Doesnt sound like enough. I’m 2 YOE and yes we’re expecting increase in October, but I don’t know how much that will be percentage wise, and I can’t get answers. I’m at 80K rn, but expect to take an offer for 102K. Will it be enough after EY increases? No idea.
Lmao my peers are at the same level - that’s the only reason I don’t lose it. Nonetheless, it doesn’t justify how little we’re paid. Just take the bump and move.
Explain that they are only matching your current benefits packing and you need at least 10% (standard I think) above 115k to make it worth it
If I were you I would wait until October and then say you’d need a 20% jump over your total comp now to leave, or I would estimate whatever raise you’ll get and just add that into the figures now. You shouldn’t leave for less than 20% unless it’s an industry exit/ better WLB/ dream job.
Damn which service line? I’m in enterprise risk and I’m at $75k in HCOL also 3 YOE 😩
