Im a senior product designer who immigrated to Berlin in November of the last year, so as you can imagine not all my documents are ready.

These days I was invited by a headhunter to apply to a job that would pay me 30% more of what I earn today, which makes a huge difference given rent in Berlin and also that my current salary is below the average for my category in the city.

How safe would it be to change jobs meanwhile my blue card and residence permit bureaucracy isn’t over yet?

Final round! Panel interview w an assignment to present some ideas on how to increase customers for 1 of 5 key audience segments.
I’m most familiar with 1 as it’s the audience I work with at current job. Not enough info/experience with other 2 segments. Remaining segments I know enough but not as confidently.
