Microsoft is hiring an account executive and I’m really interested in the role. I have B2B sales experience in a different industry, but my skills include lead generation, prospecting, account management, negotiating, etc (all within the C Suite and other decision makers).
Would appreciate knowing if this is something I have a shot at with no tech sales experience and what I could expect for promotional opportunities and compensation.
Thanks for the help!

Frontier is like Spirit airlines. Don't waste your time at all. Fee every little thing.
Rising Star
Frontier is no frills. Similar width on seats but likely less pitch particularly given you can probably get United Economy Plus. Tiny tray tables, so don’t expect to put down more than a cup and a phone. Fees for seat selection. Fees for carryon bags. No interline agreements in the event of delays/cancellations.
I won’t say to never fly Frontier (or Spirit, etc.), just know what you’re getting into upfront.
I fly them (and other budget carriers) regularly. I have a bag I know fits into the sizer even when overstuffed. It has enough space for me for 3-4 day trips. I almost never get a carry on or check a bag, and I don’t pay for seat/boarding upgrades.
I am generally an unfussy traveler though and it helps. I don’t really care about boarding first, don’t mind a cramped cabin, I don’t mind getting a middle seat. If you care even an iota about those things you will likely have a rough time.
Can’t say I’ve experienced any more or less delays/cancellations on the budget carriers than on the standard carriers.
I think they’re worth it for a lot of routes I fly. They are so much cheaper it feels borderline irresponsible to fly any other way.

Objectively, Frontier and Spirit have some of the highest delay rates in the business
