Im about to get an official offer from an Indian Consulting firm (top 2) and wanted to know the best practices to negotiate salary and how can I ask them if they have any sign on bonus? Any tips on approaching this issue will be helpful. It’s for a salesforce business analyst role.

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).
