McKinsey & Company I’m about to start at McKinsey & Company and I got an email telling me to apply for my corporate card. I can get an Amex green for free, but can upgrade to the platinum for a fee. I was thinking about upgrading it to max out points, but then I read that I can’t use the corporate card for personal expenses. I’m responsible for the card & payments, so can I use it for personal and only submit reimbursements for work charges? And do you get to keep the points on a corporate card? TIA!

I would like to hit fire between 40-50. Currently 27, 185k total comp (125 for me and 60 for partner). Like my job don’t hate it don’t love it. Does an MBA make sense? Tax question: married filing jointly for 1st time next year. Company recommends/requires me to fill out its tax calculator. Is this required? Can I just leave it at 0? Leaving my current job for a career pivot. Current job has been challenging to say the least and senior management never hears what others have to say. Employment is an at will state.
Senior leadership is so unforgiving that I fear by giving notice, I’ll be asked to leave and lose out on two weeks pay.

I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.
