I'm an Advisory Newly promoted senior. My new compensation is as follows: Merit 3.8% and Promotion increase 5.0%. I assume the 5.00 is standard. But the 3.8% merit promotion? Isn't that quite low? My total pay bump is 6000, making my new comp 74,100 as NYC Advisory Senior Consultant (Assurance)
74k in NY? Damn that's low
My little brother (20 years old) got an offer of $78k + $10k signing bonus upon the completion of his internship with Accenture Federal Advisory Services (he will be coming in as an analyst once he graduates). He was able to negotiate it to $80k + $10k. A senior at Deloitte in the mid $70s has every right to be upset.
Assurance sucks though
D5 that's PPMD bullshit.
Newly promoted senior here and my merit was 6.6 and promotion was 4.8. A lot lower then I was expecting
Just got an offer of $32k above my new raise. Knew I was grossly underpaid and now I have the proof. Cheers Uncle D!
Sounds about where I landed when I was promoted to SC, tagged to assurance
Negotiate or make a move.
You should move kid
Same boat here exactly same % different practice tho
Same boat here
I had two interviews this week, and have a call with my compensation ppmd.
Jesus Christ $74k as a senior... I'm sorry for your loss
I know another consultant got promoted in a year. 5% promo, and 10% merit.
That is low. DC HC analyst starts at 70s
M1, advisory starts about 10k under consulting and they make Senior in about 2-3 years
I have worked with senior whose base pay 120K. I also see SC with mid 70K as well. Wide range.
5% promotion raise isn't standard. I have 4.2% promotion and 9.8% merit. The highest I've heard so far is 4.3% promotion and 10% merit.
I got similar #s in Fed Cyber Advisory. They can say whatever they want but it is very far below market value. I have offers coming in paying 30k more.
D9 in Federal? Range isn't very wide for publication c sector. Maybe in commercial but that's internally too
