I’m an incoming manager of an internal Salesforce admin team, where I was the senior Salesforce admin. Currently my title will be Manager, Salesforce, but I don’t like it. Even though I am a functional manager over a team, it feels like just a fancy way to say a manager of Salesforce, and I want it to represent what our team does.
What do you think about these titles, all of them starting with “Manager”—
Salesforce Solutions, Salesforce Engineering, Salesforce Operations - or something else?

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. This person doesn’t necessarily need to have both skills but if they did great, but if only one, great too.

I have US and Can. HR designations and about 3 yrs in HR in Canada. I'm currently in a process improvement role in healthcare, but really want to work in HR. I live rurally with literally no open HR roles close by.
