I’m an LVN with 17 years experience & pretty advanced with tech. I love working with EHR software to make things more efficient. I eventually want to be in informatics but I understand it’s a requirement to be an RN - which I’m working on. Are there any jobs at all in healthcare tech for LVNs?

I work heavily in AWS and am looking to learn another cloud platform. I have zero knowledge of azure and gcp and would like input on which to learn. Azure would make sense since its the second largest in terms of market share, but GCP seems far more interesting and technically challenging with things like Kubernetes and BigQuery.

My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition.
