Happy to provide a referral!
My resume was 3 pages.
More than 1 page is fine.
D1: did you apply after PhD too?
1 page. Be selective on which experiences show intellectual curiosity, collaboration, and analytic skills, and list hard/technical skills and interests/public engagement

6-8 seconds of viewing from resume reviewers, think strategically and be calculated.
Also important to note: consulting companies likely care way less about your publications, teaching, conferences…than academia. So you can probably cut a lot of pages there
Make sure all the most important parts are on the first page. Then throw out the second page.
Keep it to one page.
1 page 📄
1 page is pretty much the rule, but you do you, it'll get looked at just the same. Make sure everything impactful and relevant is up front.
Rising Star
1 page if you have less than 8-10 years of work experience.
A lot of things that are coming on a PhD CV you can leave off, such as the articles.
That's helpful, thanks!

Keep it to 1 page unless explicitly told by recruiting that multiple pages are ok
I transitioned from PhD background! Keep it to 1-page, no one is reading the 2nd page

What level?
Yep
The thing is that I don't have industry experience but lots of research and teaching experience that I thought I could sell instead
