Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.
Can anyone here give a referral?

Some things to think about….
It takes 12 weeks of work to qualify for unemployment.
If you quit you don’t get unemployment if you get laid off you do.
You are not obligated to either stay there OR put a 3 or 5 month gig on your resume.
Don’t quit until you have something else. Don’t worry about the title of you plan on leaving. You are there to make money at this point not a career and the job maket sucks.
I found a job I wish I'd never would have found. Been missable from day one. Not what I the job I was told. I'm used to staying busy but not here
What did you job title change to? Sometimes the HR official title is different than an Administrative Assistant.
Sooner rather than later - it’s surprisingly easier to explain a 2 month stint than a 6 month mistake. Message me if you’d like to chat more! I went through a very similar experience over the summer.
Start looking while your still getting a paycheck

It never hurts to start looking now. If your office closes, does that mean you will be put of the job or moved to a location that is not ideal? Either of those would worry me more than a title change. I interviewed for an EA position but my employer has a different internal distinction for the title. It would be worrisome if the duties are different than described though.
Now! Start looking now
I’d definitely start looking if there’s a possibility of being laid off. I wouldn’t worry about the change in title unless it’s like a step down/demotion and will affect how your resume will look. If you believe the company wasn’t forthright in portraying the position you were hired for, perhaps confront HR and ask those concerning questions.
In a similar situation, I’m at my current firm now for a year and a half and feeling a bit duped. I was supposed to be added to the 401k program at six months and still not on it. Mind you, besides PTO time off, that’s the only benefit I have and/or needed since I’m on my husbands health insurance. When I inquired recently, I was given the song and dance that my hiring date missed the fiscal cutoff by one day. I honestly think that’s a crock. But, enough about my problem. I wouldn’t put too much time into a company that you can’t trust from the beginning. Keep your options open.
Sounds exactly like what happened to me.
Wow, my last job was like that--went from being Hybrid, working 2-3 days from home to only 1-2 days WFH.
