I’m considering pursuing a Finance & Strategy role at Salesforce. Could someone please tell me about the culture within this organization and within the Chicago office? I know that no job is perfect, I just want improvement from where I’m at. What I’m looking for: good pay (~$140k, 10 YOE), clearly defined roles and responsibilities, great team members and a strong manager (that don’t try to be “family”), and work that doesn’t require me to work well into the evening/on weekends consistently.

Boutique or big 4?

I'm currently an ops manager at a big 4 in London and received an offer from a small boutique firm with 25-30% pay rise.

I'm also in the process with Accenture but I feel like I'm not sure if I'd jump just for the money but also change in environment.

Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer?
