I’m currently a Controls Engineer and have been for about 7 years, but I don’t know if I’m happy with it anymore. I haven’t had very much mentorship during my career either, so most of what I know is self taught outside of my degree. I can certainly handle a variety of controls work, but I don’t know if I’m really all that good at it. I’ve just learned to manage through a lot of trial and error. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? What did you do?
