I'm currently a Senior Associate finishing up my MBA and I'm interviewing for a role in Corporate Strategy. I would like to discuss the salary range for this role with the recruiter. Is this recommended? What salary range should I be expecting as an internal hire? My target is 150k base for this role.

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. In Goldman we have PATC ( per annum total comp ) which is nothing but base + “promised” bonus % + RSU.. how do you have total comp defined in JP ? the bonus also a % of base and almost agreed upon ? Example my bases is 200k and bonus is 25 % etc ?
