I'm currently working as a Senior Platform Enginner, YoE is 7 and current CTC is 34.

I'm looking out and aligned interviews with few companies even big brands like Deloitte, Adobe etc. I've been asking my expectations as 44-49, Is this reasonable? Or there's chance I can leech more ? Companies are responding to it and multiple opportunities are in pipeline however haven't got an offer letter yet.

Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.

Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?

In the HR discussion, we both agreed on 30L CTC (10% Variable) and 1L joining bonus. But later after 2-3 days when they need to release the offer, HR is saying they got the approval for 28L CTC(10% variable) and 2L joining bonus.

Should I take that offer and look for other options or straight forward reject the offer and then look for other options?

Got a new job offer letter. But my existing company wants to retain me with pay revision so I submitted my offer letter of new job to them. Eventually I have decided not to stay back and join the new company. So is there any risk in the new company as I have shared the offer letter with old company. I am already in notice period.

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? If yes what would be a subtle way to do so?
