Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

PwC tech advisory is not doing well. There have been big time lay offs and what I know is layoffs are still continuing. So not a great place at this point of time. No idea about EY FSO but some one from EY here should be able to throw some light on that here.
Also worth mentioning that BAP isn't a tech consulting role (it's the "Business Advisor Program"). So if you want the label of management consultant vs IT consultant and you don't mind the financial services industry, then take EY. FSO has a bit of a rougher culture than the rest of our consulting practice, so be cognizant of that. And if you aren't in NY, it's harder to get staffed in FSO.
Negative. FSO hubs are NY, CHarlotte and Dallas. I am in Dallas, haven't been on the bench longer than a couple weeks. Soooo much work to do and tons of local projects if you are in one of the hubs.
EY FSO has its issues but at least they seem to be busy :)
Thanks guys! What do you think of the two comparatively for mba programs and exit ops?
It depends on what you want to do man. You will define your own career. If you want exit ops into banking, go with EY BAP program. Get in, kick ass, get to senior and start networking on site to land you a cushy ass job at BofA or HSBC or something. I am a coordinator of that rotation programs here, the only people who fail in this program are the people who don't work hard and don't try.
Formerly FSO BAP here. If you hustle, you will get the good projects and do well. If you don't, well...
Looks like you are already in pwc then how you are deciding on offers? I'm actually done myself with tech consulting and looking for exit ops.
What is fso
Financial Service Org I guess.
